The Day/Night sight contains its own light source for low light conditions

These Day/Night sights are ideal for fast-moving targets in low light situations. They accept tiny Cyalume light sticks to glow brightly, even in complete darkness. A bright 4mm rod projects light down a narrow tube along the sight plane of the shotgun. The bright fluorescent dot can be seen only when the gun is properly mounted and aligned with the shooter's aiming eye. Shooters are able to sight with both eyes open and dominant eye cross-over is eliminated.

No drilling, tapping or gluing required. It snaps on the rib of most shotguns. Available in red or green. .
